Sophora type, generously proportioned with two storeys
This spacious villa, named after the Sophora (Japanese pagoda tree), has a large living room on the ground floor, together with a closed kitchen, entrance hall and toilet. There are two large bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin. On the first floor we find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a second toilet, shower and washbasin. Sequoia type, even more space and comfort
The largest villa has even more space and is therefore called Sequoia (or Giant Redwood). It is similar to the Sophora type, but is even larger with a fantastic living room. Click on the image to enlarge it
