Netherlands

	Kortgene Haven - A project of 120 units consisting of waterside houses and apartments. A unique project on the Veerse Meer in the village of Kortgene. Mostly intended for leisure purposes. A project by Korteweg Vastgoed BV of Breda.

	De Veersche Poort - a project (permanent residence) of around 600 homes in Middelburg, of which De FormuleMakelaardij has sold the first 250. We acted as consultants for the whole planning and design phases. A project by the Walcherse Bouw Unie and Woongoed Middelburg.

	Het Goese Meer - A project of approximately 500 free plots and turnkey villas with private jetties. For permanent residence. A project by the Walcherse Bouw Unie b.v. and the development company of P. de Visser in Middelburg/Goes.

	Cadzand Bad - An apartment project right by the sand dunes and with views of the sea. In total approximately 80 units for leisure occupation. A project by Eijkelenburg Projectontwikkeling b.v. of Rosmalen.

	Port Scaldis - A prestigious project of 170 units. Apartments with private garage directly on the Western Scheldt dike overlooking the North Sea and the Scheldt. Leisure occupation and permanent residence possible. A project by Fundex - A.J. Verstraeten of Oostburg.

	Village Scaldia - A recreation project next to the village Hoofdplaat, Zeelandic Flanders, consisting of 50 (detached and terraced) houses, each with a unique appearance in terms of colour and individualisation.

	Port Greve - Part of the leisure park, namely the beach and centre apartments. Located next to the Grevelingen lake.

	Citta Romana in Hellevoetsluis - A major project with detached individual holiday villas, not far from the Grevelingen lake. An initiative by Lisman Interholding BV.

	Molenpark Grijpskerke - A small-scale villa project by the Walcherse Bouw Unie, right next to the typical windmill in Walcheren.

Abroad

	Plaza Resort Bonaire - A hotel apartment formula by Van Der Valk in the Netherlands Antilles, consisting of around 200 units.

	Port Courzages in Brive, France - A small-scale holiday park in a former orchard; a project by Euro Quality Projects, a subsidiary of Jan Deurwaarder Bouwbedrijf b.v. of Warmenhuizen.

	Quinta do Martinhal - Large villas of 200 to 315 m² in plots of 1000 to 6000 m², with individual designs by the Algarve's leading architect.

	Les Jardins du Château d'Olonne - France Near Les Sables d'Olonne. A leisure resort with 162 luxury residences. First draft in 1998, 2010 final stage.

	St. Désiré, near Montluçon - France Concept based on sustainability.

	Les Jardins du Château d'Olonne A project of construction J.M. Bailiff from Warminster consisting of 163 detached villas with pool at 800m from Ocean not far from Les Sables d'Olonne.
