Les Jardins du Château d'Olonne - steady as a rock

Over the past year, many real estate projects in the Netherlands and abroad have been hanging in the balance. Many providers of second homes - especially for projects in Turkey, Spain and even France - have gone bankrupt and buyers have been let down, but our project, Les Jardins du Château d’Olonne - an initiative of the J. M. Deurwaarder Bouwgroep - is as steady as a rock. It has developed into the most beautiful resort on the Atlantic coast and will be completed in the next few months. The last homes will be completed in Spring 2010.

The rental figures prove that Les Jardins du Château d'Olonne is in demand. The already positive results from 2008 will, at the very least, be equalled in 2009, despite the credit crunch. Investing in a home within our resort is like winning a prize that has no catch to it. After all, you have the guarantee that your home will also actually be built; but even more than that, it may even be the case that this has already been built. Furthermore, the entire infrastructure and the central facilities have also been completed! The rental organisation of Les Jardins has also proved itself over the past few years. The rental volume is still growing every year and you can find a sizeable fixed core of enthusiastic Les Jardins tenants amongst these tenants.

If you would like to stay longer to take a better look at the surrounding area, that is also possible, at a price of only € 70 per additional night (valid up until the end of 2009).

All villas will have been completed by the spring. The villas that have not yet been sold at that time will be structurally complete, and only the details - bathroom fittings, kitchen, tiles, etc. - will need to be completed. As I'm sure you will already have understood: the fixtures and fittings of the villa will be adapted entirely to suit your preference.
